This is really powerful, especially the fade to angel white at the end. It's hard for me to watch it without thinking of Sam telling Mary, "Your children will be cursed." The choices for lyrics matches are all so good!

Some favorite bits:

- The intercutting of Dean's resurrection with his rescue of baby Sam from the burning house and the rescue of baby Sam with the daily work of hunting
- The flip of the guns on "sails"
- "He doesn't make chairs" on a rescue instead of a death
- All the choices for beggars and liars, gypsies and thieves
- The first appearance of the Crossroads Demon on "so eager to please"
- The use of Leila is really affecting
- The use of the musical change and additional echoes at 1:18 for the movement into the future of "The End" and all the terrible alternate possibilities of Dean--Dean in 2014 who kills what might once have passed for friends, Dean torturing Alastair, Dean putting a gun to his own head, demon-eyed Dean
- The loss of potential future families with Ben and Cassie and the photograph of the Harvelles, and then the family he has, Sam and John and Adam and Mary and Sam again and always
-And coming back around to the coffin Dean builds for himself, which is the coffin he builds for the world; I really love how death becomes a terrible equals sign here, the death of hopes is the death of self is the death of family is apocalypse.
