*cries*
So apparently today is my one year anniversary of being on LJ. Actually, no, that's a lie. It's my one year anniversary of having [livejournal.com profile] mithborien but I forgot that I got [livejournal.com profile] dark_velvet before and missed that anniversary by a couple of months or something. But meh, I'm not in the mood to do anything special at the moment because I found this beautiful jacket today that was extremely cheap except it was too small and the store didn't have any other sizes and now I am so pissed off and depressed because it was the most beautiful jacket. Exactly the type of style that I like except I can never find because I never follow the latest fashions but I checked the brand and there is another store in the city that stocks the clothes so I am going to check tomorrow and I think I might actually cry if they don't have it.

But something that actually amused me is finding out that my mother's side of the family actually has a coat of arms. A real coat of arms! And it's some flowery design with a couple of lions and I should scan it in but the picture I have is small so I am going to see if I can find a better picture somewhere and our motto is "Christ is my light" which kinda sucks because you know, religion, argh, but I can live with that because the other side of my family is descended from a convict a couple of generations back so I'm like the bastard daughter of a noble and a thief which makes me proud and amuses me to no end except I would probably be outcast because of that but with the mood I'm in I would probably welcome that.

And some kind of gunky thing in my throat went up into my nose when I breathed in and it made me choke and I'm hungry cause I haven't had any lunch and I really wanted that FUCKING jacket!

Everyone wants a coat of arms. You can use them for everything, jumping queues, getting homage paid to you, recruiting the countryside to fight your wars...

Oh wait, this isn't the seventeenth century is it...
