I am not going to make any New Year's resolutions this year since prior experience has shown me that I will never fucking keep them.

So I am not going to say I am going to make more vids this year and I am not going to say I am going to be more creative in a fannish and non fannish manner. I am not going to say I am going to try designing tshirts and I am not going to say I am finally going to get my professional website and blog up and running. I am certainly not going to say that I am going to eat healthier and exercise more. And I am not going to say I am going to play more computer games and other geekish pursuits.

Because if I say I am going to do all those things I think a slightly rebellious part of my brain just says NO! FUCK OFF! and nothing gets done. So I will just let those thoughts hover around unsaid and I can totally trick myself that way.

I also spent New Year's staying up all night and killing zombies so I am not sure whether that counts as a good thing or a bad thing in foreshadowing the year to come.
