Well TAFE these days, has pretty much the same courses as the unis do. Except for stuff like law and medicene. I think in the beginning it was a technical college but over the years the variety of courses grew.

And yeah, I think I had the 'bugger off' attitude all through my last year of high school as well. Annoyed the hell out of my friends as well because I have the unfortunate habit of not studying for exams yet still do relatively well :D
